I'll post my load order below under spoiler tab. The 'problem' being I can't rid myself of the iron helmet during character creation (tried console commands but the helmet is still visible in Race Menu / Character Creation despite being 'removed'). I have encountered the same issue, my character has a complete iron armor set on start.
